Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on select items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be in its original condition (unused, undamaged, and unaltered)
• It must include all original packaging and materials
• You must contact us within the return window for approval

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following product collections are non-returnable and considered final sale:

• Small Planters
• Large Planters
• 3D Layered Wall Art Pieces

No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for these products.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as AK Engrave LLC is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, contact us within the 14-day return window at AkLaserEngraved@gmail.com with the following details:

• Your order number
• The reason for the return
• Clear photos of the item (if applicable)

We will review your request and provide return instructions if your item qualifies.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund (minus the 10% restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled after they have entered production or have shipped.
If your order has not yet begun processing, please email us as soon as possible at aklaserengraved@gmail.com to check if cancellation is possible.
